As we are embarking upon a new and beautiful chapter of our lives in our new home, I take this opportunity to thank you for all the help and support that you have provided to us during our stay in The Hub, Flat no 23 !!
We still remember our first day when we arrived very late in the evening but you stayed back in the property and made sure our check-in was seamless.
It shows how committed and passionate you are about your job. Subsequently, whenever me or my wife required your support, we received it without any delays. In fact, we may have bothered you more than what was expected and we sincerely apologize for the same. We are so fortunate to have known you because it would have been very difficult for us to settle in a new country especially with a 4 year old kid. In fact, our stay was so comfortable there that at one point we thought we would finalize the same property for a rental place !!
Undoubtedly, you have a special place in our lives since you were the first person whom we first met in London. Notably, my daughter still misses you and your “Princess” remarks to her and now calls you Izabela aunty. We pray to God for your and your family’s health and happiness and wish all the success in your future endeavours. Please keep in touch and grace us with your presence at our new home in Stanmore with your family.

Couldn’t recommend staying here more.

We have used the services of London Executive Apartments from February to June 2020. Originally, we intended to have a only a 5-8 week stay in their apartment in Wembley, while trying to complete our relocation out of UK. Comfort of the apartment and flexibility of extension at short notice were key parameters for us. Vee was our main point of contact in the whole process and has been very friendly and responsive to our needs. Before moving in we had arranged a viewing with Vee and liked the apartment quality straight away. It had all the necessary furnishing, fitted out modern kitchen, cleaning equipment and even a balcony (a true rarity in the UK). Besides that, the public spaces with the pool table and the gym in the building were also available to us. Upon moving in we did see some small issues that required attention of a technician, these were addressed quite quickly. We were happy to use the public facilities and felt comfortable there. However, just a few weeks before we were originally intended to move out came the biggest surprise for us, for which no one was prepared at all. Corona virus pandemic came to UK and the lockdown got imposed before we were able to move out. We had no other option, but to remain in the apartment, for what ended up being an extra 3 months. While waiting for news on the easing of the lockdown measures, re-opening of borders and resuming of international flights, we always remained on stand-by. This again reinforced the need for flexibility with confirming the rental period of the apartment, as we were each time prolonging our stay by 1-2 weeks at a time. On top of the lockdown, surprisingly, this year the spring was unusually sunny and warm in London. After one of the brief conversations over the phone, Vee and the team were quick to arrange a set of chairs and a little table for our balcony, which was very nice of them. Especially since we didn’t even have to ask for it. Overall, I was very happy that Vee and the team were very understanding and were adjusting to our situation (I am sure thought that we were not the only ones like this), which was an extra assurance to us, as it was happening in the most unnerving and stressful period of the lockdown. We definitely would recommend them and if/when we ever need to comeback to London for a medium-term stay, I will always keep the London Executive Apartments at the top of my list for apartment booking..

Super amazing location; which is just next to the Harrow on-The-Hill station connecting to underground and all main stations of London. Opposite a large shopping mall with Primark, Clarks, many amazing stores and not to mention cinema in walking distance. The street is full of the best reviewed restaurants serving different cuisines. I don’t think I can ever stay anywhere else now if I visit London again. I would love to be Daniel’s guest again. No second thoughts about it.

Excellent location next door to all public transport and major shopping centres. Full amenities including banks, restaurants, cinema and more. The landlord was attentive, responsive, courteous, helpful, flexible and fully engaged in seeing that we had all that was needed. Executive 2 bedroom flat on 5th floor of “The Hub” that caters to busy people “on-the-go”. Weekly cleaning included. Fully recommended. We would like to stay there again. Fantastic place to stay! Daniel and Vee were so helpful. The few times I had questions I had a response within 10 minutes. The location was great. A 10 min walk in either direction had you at almost any shop you could imagine. The proximity to the station was so helpful; 5 minutes and you were there. A queue of taxis always outside the building that is more your thing. The flat itself was just the right size for 1-2 people. I would absolutely stay there again.

Nice clean modern apartment right by the centre with quick access to almost everything you need (shops banks supermarket and restaurants). Easy to reach central London within 20 minutes. A quiet place away from noise but with easy access to London. I would recommend it for long stays.

Great apartment to stay if you are travelling for business in Watford or if you prefer not to stay in Central London. The apartment is very clean, modern and serviced once per week. This is a beautiful, new and very modern apartment. It was also very clean and spotless! The location in Harrow was perfect in the sense that it is right in front of the Harrow tube station, next to a supermarket and many coffee shops. There also is a shopping mall across the street. The building also has a gym which you can access for free and even take yoga classes when offered for a nominal fee. The apartment was well furnished and had everything you would need to cook meals including dishes, pots and pans, silverware and accessories.

Very nice place. The pictures are accurate. Located right above the Harrow on the Hill station, so the transit is great but there is noise from the station (not an issue if the windows are closed). Daniel was responsive and good to deal with.

I booked the accommodation on behalf of an employee. Daniel was very quick to respond to any questions I had regarding the accommodation. He also accommodated a late check in of 11pm, which was great. The guest staying said the following: Really nice apartment near Watford centre and in 3 minutes’ walk to Watford Junction station. It has everything you need – fully furnished kitchen, fridge in the room and shared washer on the 5th floor.

Daniel was a pleasure to meet and provided me with excellent service. The loft is located in the same building as the Holiday Inn which is walking distance (< .5 miles) to both the town Centre and Watford Junction. The room key was cut by the Holiday Inn Staff but there was a separate entrance for the apartments above the hotel rooms. I had all the same access to Holiday Inn facilities as if I was a Holiday Inn guest. I had previously stayed in the Holiday Inn Hotel for 1 night (as my overall work trip was 3 weeks long). The loft is EXCELLENT VALUE compared to the Holiday Inn room. EXCELLENT VALUE!!

To sum it all our experience was wonderful. Apartment was fully furnished at top level, garnished with everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. Cleaning services were very good, facilities of the building including spa and gym.
We also appreciated the fact that we had easy access to shops and restaurants and in regards with parking we never had any issue finding a free spot.
Our neighbours were very quiet and our view was relaxing, providing us with the opportunity to savour our mornings on the balcony.

The flat is definitely top notch with all the amenities of a modern and contemporary flat. Everything was clearly explained to us and never had to ever call Daniel. The train station next door was a BIG plus, as it got us to the West End in less than 30 minutes. The Place was also very clean. The shopping centre was across the street and so were many restaurants. We will definitely recommend the place and will definitely stay there when we visit the UK.

The apartment was great, large, modern and clean. The location is perfect – close to the station to catch the train to central London, 15 minutes on the train. In the mornings you can get a nice coffee at Starbucks downstairs in the hotel. The breakfast at the hotel is quite good. The food for lunch and dinner at the hotel is also good. I wanted an apartment to socialise with my family. Was on holiday so didn’t want to cook much. But everything’s there for good cooking. We were there early and because the apartment was empty that day, we checked in at 10am, which was very nice, so we could have a long day in London. I’m very happy.
