This brand new, high-spec apartment building in the centre of Harrow is just a 30 second walk from Harrow on-the-Hill underground station, and St Ann’s shopping centre. Our 5th and 6th floor apartments offer great views across London.

The apartments are fully equipped with everything you’d expect a high-spec modern apartment to have, including under floor heating throughout.  The living areas are beautifully decorated and furnished, and feature a dining table and chairs, an armchair, sofa and coffee table. The bathrooms are spacious and sleek, and the bedrooms are stylish and comfortable.
The 1 bedroom apartments are 50 sqm and the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments are 73 sqm. All apartments feature an open-plan kitchen/living area, fully fitted kitchen, Wifi, a Smart TV with integrated DVD player and a washer/dryer. The kitchens have a full fridge freezer and dishwasher. The main bathrooms are spacious and feature a shower over bath, radiators, and large mirrors. En-suite bathrooms (2 beds) have a shower cubicle.

The bedrooms have a double bed with a bedside table, wardrobe, reading lamp and blackout blinds. In addition, the second bedrooms (2 beds) have zip and link beds so you can choose between a double or two singles.

There’s free access to the on-site gym, and secure underground parking with lift access to the apartment floors. Parking costs £5 plus VAT per car per 24 hours. A reception area provides seating, free Wifi and a large meeting space.

The apartment building is a 10-15 minute drive from the A40, the M1 and the M25. The Metropolitan tube and Chiltern Railways train take you direct to Rickmansworth in 10 minutes, Marylebone in 16 minutes, Uxbridge in 18 minutes and Baker Street in 19 minutes.  The development benefits from being directly next to both the St George’s and St Ann’s shopping centres, which offer a wide range of restaurants and shops and a multi-screen Vue Cinema complex.

Our 5th and 6th floor apartments offer great views across London. Harrow is a large suburban town in the London borough of Harrow and is 10.5 miles northwest of central London.

The apartment building is a 10-15 minute drive from the A40, the M1 and the M25. The Metropolitan tube and Chiltern Railways train take you direct to Rickmansworth in 11 minutes, Marylebone in 16 minutes, Uxbridge in 18 minutes and Baker Street in 19 minutes.  The development benefits from being directly next to both the St George’s and St Ann’s shopping centres, which offer a wide range of restaurants and shops and a multi-screen Vue Cinema complex.

Check in is at The Hub, 53-61 College Road, Harrow, HA1 1FB.

A representative from London Exec Apartments will call or message the guest to organise their arrival and Meet & Greet once you give us the guest’s mobile number.

We’ll text the guest if UK based and text via WhatsApp if based abroad to establish contact before check-in. Please ensure you reply. We want to make sure you can contact us once you’re on your way to the apartments, so we can be there before you, and ensure that you know where to meet or where to park. If you don’t respond, we can only guess where you might be.

Check-in time is from 14.00

Check-out instructions

A representative from London Exec Apartments will be in touch before check out to arrange to hand over keys.

Check-out time is latest 11am.

Arrival Instructions

On foot: Once on College Road, look for the tallest and newest building, opposite the entrance to the St Ann’s shopping centre and next to the entrance of Harrow-on-the-Hill station. If you’ve arranged to meet us, we’ll be waiting inside the reception area for you, so please call or message us, as the doors are always locked. If you arrive earlier than planned and you haven’t informed us, Costa Coffee next door is a good place to wait. We’re not based in the apartment building and turning up without arranging to meet us is strictly discouraged!

By car: If you've arranged to park in the apartment building underground car-park, the entrance is to the left of the building as you look at the building from College Road. Once on the downward slope to the car-park, you’ll need to meet your London Exec Apartments representative, so they can give you a fob to enter the car-park.

By taxi: The best place for the taxi to drop you is by the slope down to the underground car-park, which is  to the left of the building as you look at the building from College Road.

It's imperative that you speak or exchange messages with your London Exec Apartments representative on receipt of your confirmation, and then again two hours before arrival. This is to ensure your arrival is as smooth as possible. If calling is a challenge because you're underground, English isn’t your strong point, or you're wary of international phone charges, we'll happily communicate via Whatsapp, text or email. The building isn't easy to find, and if you're parking, you'll need to find out how to pick up your car-park fob on arrival.

House rules

-Strictly no pets

-Strictly no smoking anywhere, including the balconies (where applicable)

-Quiet between 23.00 and 08.00

-No barbecues on the balcony (where applicable)
-No electric heaters are allowed
-Keep kitchen extractor fan on during cooking (to reduce condensation)
 

No Smoking Policy

There’s a very strict no-smoking policy everywhere. There’s no smoking on balconies either. The building security guards will act very quickly to enforce this if they see smokers breaking the rules. You’ll be asked

to leave your apartment if you smoke anywhere in the apartment buildings or balconies. You’ll be asked to pay £150 for the cost of a deep clean to eradicate smoke odours.

Housekeeping/Maid Service

The apartment will be cleaned once a week by a professional housekeeper. The apartment will be given a full maid service, which includes a change of all linen and towels.

 

One bedroom apartments

Welcome Packs

Every new guest will find the following welcome pack in their apartment on arrival:

Coffee, tea, sugar, fresh milk, orange juice, lemonade, coke, bottled water, biscuits and cereal.

Also there are laundry tablets, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid.

The Kitchens

The fully equipped and fitted kitchens feature a full size electric oven, a separate microwave, a 4-ring electric hob with extractor fan above, a full fridge with full size separate freezer, a full size sink, a toaster, a kettle and a dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the key pots, pans and utensils, including knife block, baking trays, and plenty of storage/cupboard space.

Also there's an oven glove, a tea towel, laundry tablets, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, a washing up brush, a scourer and a dish cloth. There are chopping boards and all the utensils needed to cook a meal and open a bottle of wine.

There's four of everything in the 1 beds and six of everything in the 2 beds in terms of glasses, plates, cutlery and cups and more are available on request. Please note that consumables won’t be replenished.

Laundry

There's a washer/dryer in the kitchen. In addition there’s an iron and ironing board. There’s plenty of clothes storage space in the apartments, including full length hanger rails and plenty of hangers.

 

Flooring

The floors are mostly engineered wood. The bathrooms are tiled and the bedrooms have carpet.

 

Bedrooms and beds

The master bedrooms (and only bedroom in the 1 beds) have a double bed, which is 137 cms wide and 192 cms long. There’s a bedside table (with drawers) and reading lamps. Other features include:

100% cotton linen, four pillows, blackout curtains, a full length mirror, and a large wardrobe with plenty of hangers.

The second bedrooms have a zip and link bed, which can either be two singles or one king double, which is 152 cms wide and 192 cms long. There’s one bedside table (with drawers) with a reading lamp. Other features include: 100% cotton linen, four pillows, blackout curtains, a full length mirror, and a wardrobe

with plenty of hangers.

Bathrooms

The master bathrooms (and only bathrooms in the 1 beds) are modern and spacious and feature a shower over bath, sink, loo, and radiator (with heat control).

The en-suite bathrooms (to the master bedrooms in the 2 beds) feature a shower with large cubicle, sink, loo, and radiator (with heat control).

Please note that consumables will not be replenished as part of the maid service.

On arrival there’ll be shampoo, shower gel and soap miniatures, as well as loo roll, which won’t be replenished.

 

Tables and Chairs

The lounge area has a dining table with four chairs. The living area has a sofa and a coffee table.

 

WiFi and Mobile Reception

The Wifi is Sky Broadband and is 17 Mbps. Each apartment has its own router.

 

TV

There’s a 32” Smart (Wifi enabled) HD TV in the lounge. The TV features an integrated DVD player, and Freeview. You can either login with your existing credentials or sign up. 

 

Gym

There’s a large gym/fitness room which is free to use for all residents. There’s a good range of cardio and weight equipment.

 

Heating and hot water

The two bathrooms have electric radiators, and all other rooms have under-floor central heating, which is controlled individually.

The hot water is controlled via a panel in the utility cupboard.

 

Noise

-There will be building works going on nearby, 9-6 Monday-Friday, and 9-1 Saturday. All of our apartments are on the opposite side of the building, facing away from the building works. Despite being above Harrow-on-the-Hill station and right in the middle of Harrow town centre, it’s surprisingly quiet in our 5th and 6th floor apartments.

 

Transport

It’s just a 30 second walk from the apartment building entrance to the entrance of Harrow-on-the-Hill station, which is uniquely positioned to get you into central London direct in 16 minutes, The City in 34 minutes, St Pancras for Eurostar in 29 minutes, Canary Wharf with one change in 39 minutes and to the suburbs of Amersham, Chesham, Croxley, Rickmansworth, Chorleywood and Uxbridge direct. It’s also an hour to Heathrow with a couple of changes.

The two lines operating are the Metropolitan tube (London Underground network) and Chiltern Railways train line.

The apartment building is a 10-15 minute drive from the A40, the M1 and the M25 with normal traffic levels.
